Andy teaches a combination of traditional Shaolin Kung Fu techniques and modern kickboxing training to improve your health, fitness, and wellbeing. With over 13 years of teaching experience Andy can easily adapt exercises to suit all levels of fitness and ability. Whether you've never tried martial arts before or already have many years of training behind you, come a long a give it a go. Sessions are fun, a good way to make new friends and get fit!
