How fit do I need to be to take part in a taster run tour?

All abilities are welcome. There is no set level of fitness to take part in our taster tours, but as a general rule of thumb, if you can run approx. 3k without stopping then you will manage these running tours. The emphasis however is very much on fun, not running fast!

Are dogs allowed on your taster tours?

If you wish to participate in one of our taster tours with your dog, please contact us directly to discuss your requirements further.

What do I need to wear/bring with me on your taster tours?

Whatever you generally tend to wear/take with you when out running! Please dress appropriately for the weather (i.e. layers) and bring water with you, if you think you may need it. Only bring what you are willing to carry however as there are no storage facilities at the meeting point.

What is your refund policy if our plans change?

You can request a refund up to 5 days before the start time through your Eventbrite account. No refunds will be given after this date. Stride Out reserves the right to cancel, amend the timings or route of the tour, without notice, in circumstances beyond our control.
