The Miles of Motivation 5K Your Way!

for mental health and suicide prevention

Are you ready to take on a challenge? Lace up your sneakers, hiking boots or dust off the bike and get ready to participate in the 5K Your Way event!

I've been moved to hold this global event and support mental health and suicide prevention charities around the world. In the last couple of weeks, close to home we've had a young man take his own life. I understand the services attempted to talk to him and encourage him to return over the bridge barrier.

The struggles many are going through are real. And you can help, we can all help.

Just £5 to enter. And you can come together virtually over one amazing weekend.

Friday August 15th - Sunday 17th August - you choose over the weekend when to take on challenge.
