When we hand over prayer to the body, our body can become our wisest teacher, showing us how to dance our innermost expression of life and soul, and revealing to us the often all too suppressed intelligence of the body.

This workshop is for people who are new to 5Rhythms or who have danced the practice for decades. I invite you to come with a willingness to open the body to spirit, unveiling its unique prayer in each moving moment.

There will be an opportunity to share tea together after the workshop where we can land and integrate the experience.

The class is held in the beautiful surrounds of the Top Studio at Colet House. The house is located just round the corner from Barons Court Underground Station.
