Kay J. Blake (Chief Service Officer) One of my superpowers is adapting to new situations. As a young immigrant to the United States, I learned to make a life in a new and different world. My journey includes over 25 years leading small and large teams. Projects that impacted small groups to an entire organization. Along the way I earned a bachelor’s degree in English, a master’s in Public Administration. I recently studied Neuro Linguistic Programing (NLP) to help myself and others redefine life experiences, past hurts, trauma and create new patterns that support life goals. I’m committed to positively impacting the world.
