Share 5th Global Healthy Workplace Summit, Singapore, 2nd September 2017

Event Details

Following the success of Washington DC 2016, Florianopolis 2015, Shanghai 2014 and London 2013, we would like to invite you to the 5th Global Healthy Workplace Awards and Summit hosted in partnership with the Health Promotion Board of the Ministry of Health in Singapore, on 2nd September 2017 immediately prior to the World Congress on Safety & Health.

As the only Awards & Summit program dedicated to recognising global workplace programs, the event will bring together leaders in health and well-being from around the world. Applications for the prestigious Awards are assessed by a panel of experts representing five continents.

The 2016 Awards winners were:

Vitality Group, USA - small and medium-sized enterprises
Monash University, Australia - large enterprises
Unilever, UK/Netherlands - multinational enterprises

As well as the Awards presentations, the Summit will examine integrating health and safety (holistic approach to healthy workplaces), global trends in health and wellbeing and investing in healthy workplaces.

The Summit will be followed by a half day Global Alliance Roundtable (invitation only) on 3rd September prior to the XXI World Congress on Safety and Health at Work 2017. Special rates for World Congress registration apply for Summit participants. GCHW co-hosts the Global Alliance Roundtable with FIESC/SESI and consists of representatives of leading international and national organizations in the field of workplace health: WHO, ILO, OECD, World Bank, CDC, ENWHP, World Economic Forum, Eurofound, Ghana Health Service, PanAfrican Business Coalition on HIV/AIDS, Concern Worldwide, Arogyaworld, plus invited guests. This year's themes will be health & safety and investing in health.

Cancellation Policy: Should the organisers cancel the event,  all registration fees will be fully refunded. If a delegate cancels their registration by 19th August 2017, they will be entitled to a 100% refund of their registration fee. If a delegate cancels their registration after 19th August 2017, but before 2nd September 2017, they will be entitled to a 50% refund of their registration fee. The organisers will not be responsible to any additional costs arising from individual cancellation or the cancellation of the event, including travel, accommodation or any other costs.
