5th RA Fisher Centre Meeting

The goal of this meeting is to bring together UCL and Crick Institute research groups active in Computational Biology research. The meeting location alternates between UCL and LRI, with this next even taking place at the London Research Institute (Lincoln's Inn Fields near Holborn).

3.15-3.35: Nicky McGranahan (Swanton lab, LRI), Unravelling the complexity of cancer genome evolution
3.35-3.55: Natasha Glover (Dessimoz lab, UCL), Single gene duplications played a major role in the recent evolution of the hexaploid wheat genome
3.55-4.15: Sofia Olhede (UCL), Networks to understand methylation data
4.15-4.20: Closing remarks
