Join us every Wednesday night for a squash social night, open to members and non-members alike. The social best suits players with a year or more of play under their belts, but don't worry if you're a little rusty!
As of Jan 3rd Wednesday Social will change to the below format
· 18 tickets will be available. 6 tickets 6-8pm, 6 tickets 7-9pm and 6 tickets 8-10pm.
· Price for WCTSC members remains at £4.50
· Price for non-members will increase from £7 to £9 which will then be double a members price. Non member tickets will also be restricted to 6-8pm x 2, 7-9pm x 2, 8-10pm unrestricted. It’s important to keep the social open for non members but to also show an advantage to our 200 current members.
· The organisers on the day will monitor numbers and as long as everyone generally stays to the time purchased times can be a bit flexible.
· If you purchase an 8-10pm ticket and there are 12 players plus the organiser you will be asked to wait until there are less than 12 players before you play.
· If you purchase a 6-8pm ticket and 6 players come in at 8pm you will be asked to go home at 8pm.
· If you purchase the 7-9pm ticket there will be some flexibility however the 6-8pm players will get priority 6-7pm and the 8-10pm players will get priority 9-10pm
When arriving, head to the courts and find the organizer that will oversee the session. At present this will be Matt, Ian or Trevor.
If you can't make it there aren't any refunds issued inside 24 hours of the event (as it sells out every week) but let us know so someone else can play (in which case you may get the ticket price back)
If you know you can't make it more than 24 hours before the event 'request a refund' through Eventbrite and you'll get the money back minus the administration fee. This will then free up a ticket for someone else to book.
