About this event
Running every Wednesdsay from 7th September until 12th October 12-1pm.
This 6 week class will cover:
- Moving, standing and seated meditation
- A sequence of simple mind/body movements that cultivate energy and focus your mind
- Simple breathing, grounding and relaxation techniques
- Basic postural work
- Stress relief
