Welcome to our 6 week beginner's yoga course! Whether you're new to yoga or looking to refine your practice, this course is perfect for you. Join us at The Kingswood Centre for a journey of self-discovery and relaxation. Throughout the course, you'll learn the basics of yoga poses, breathing techniques, and mindfulness. I will be your teacher and will guide you every step of the way, ensuring you feel comfortable and confident on the mat. Frequently asked questions

Can i park at venue?

There is parking, but these are subject to availability. If none available there is plenty of roadside parking near the studio.

Is there changing rooms?

Yes and also a shower.

Is there toilets?

Yes.

What do i need to wear?

Something comfortable which allows you to move freely. Yoga is usually practices barefoot but you may wish to wear some non slip socks.

Do I need my own mat?

Yes, please bring a yoga mat for your practice. I may be able to provide one if you do not wish to buy one for the course. Please let me know. I am also happy to provide recommendations.

What happens if I can't attend a class?

Nothing, you may miss a few progressions or poses but nothing which will impact the purpose of the course. Please let me know if you can't attend a class.

Can I cancel the course once booked?

Yes, if this is 14 days before the first class. A refund minus the eventbrite fee or charges will be given.
