Looking for a challenge this october?

wanting to get fitter? stronger? leaner or just healthier overall? then this is the bootcamp for you.

This 6 week bootcamp will be a combination of bodyweight exercises, strength exercises and partner drills. The bootcamp is designed to increase speed,strength and power, providing both cardiovascular and muscular benefits.

This bootcamp is designed to challenge all, NOT FOR THE FAINT OF HEART.

The bootcamp will run every thursday morning outside on the field at 10am - 11am for 6 weeks, from Oct 5th to Nov 9th.

By purchasing a ticket I agree to inform the instructor of any changes to my health (including pregnancy). I confirm that I wish to participate in the boot camp which may include aerobic, resistance, bodyweight and other exercises involving stretching. I realise that my participation in these activities carries the risk of injury or death. I understand that I am responsible for ensuring that I do not exercise beyond my own abilities, and except full responsibilites for my actions.
