6 week bootcamp

This 6 week bootcamp will be a combination of bodyweight exercises, strength exercises and partner drills. The bootcamp is designed to increase speed,strength and power, providing both cardiovascular and muscular benefits.
We will also use a mixture of kettlbells, barbells, and unorthodox equipment.
This bootcamp is designed to challenge all, NOT FOR THE FAINT OF HEART.
The bootcamp will run every saturday morning at 7:20am - 8:50am for 6 weeks, from March 25th to April 29th.
please bring water.
This bootcamp wil be run in the sports hall using a variety of equipment and training methods, a bootcamp t shirt is included in the price of this bootcamp.
By purchasing a ticket I agree to inform the instructor of any changes to my health (including pregnancy). I confirm that I wish to participate in the boot camp which may include aerobic, resistance, bodyweight and other exercises involving stretching. I realise that my participation in these activities carries the risk of injury or death. I understand that I am responsible for ensuring that I do not exercise beyond my own abilities, and except full responsibilites for my actions.
