The Empowered Parent Path Programme is based on the Triple P program, which is recognised, accredited, and evidence-based. It focuses on fostering positive relationships with your children, empowering you with practical strategies tailored to your family’s unique needs. What makes this special is that, in addition to the core strategies, I have integrated bonus techniques drawn from my 20 years of experience in education with primary school children. These cover;
- Emotional regulation
- Supporting independence
Triple P specifically recognises this course as suitable for parents of children with ADHD. I am also trained in Stepping Stones, the Triple P program designed for children with disabilities and autism spectrum conditions (ASC), and have incorporated strategies from both programs.
This course is endorsed by paediatricians for referrals.
As a trained Triple P Parenting coach, I have been delivering this program with great success, and the feedback from parents has been overwhelmingly positive. 100% of parents have reported that the program has helped them manage their children's behaviour more effectively and improved their relationships with them.
My group sessions are designed to be inclusive and relaxed, providing opportunities to practice the strategies you will learn.
The fee is for the whole programme and the format follows;

The introductory price for the course is £99.00, and this includes your £15.00 workbook, which will be posted to you.
The programme is online; only full payment confirms your place, which is limited to 10 families. Once registered, I will forward an invoice for payment - this can be paid by direct bank transfer.
