The instalment plan for this course requires you to make the first payment of £99 by 5th February 2018 to reserve your space and the second payment of the remaining £176 by 12th March 2018.


This 6 Week Healthy Eating and Positive Mindset Course designed by a specialist nutritionist and dietician with a Masters degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and years of experience helping people to lose weight and eat as healthily as they possibly can! This healthy living programme will help you kickstart your healthy eating plan for 2018 and help you lose weight, get more active and feel fabulous!

You will receive a complete personalised nutritional programme designed especially for you by a specialist nutritionist and dietician with a Master's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics.

The programme will have everything you need to fill your body with healthy nutrients and flood your system with nutrient dense foods to help you rebalance your body and eliminate toxins.

Through optimal nutrition and regular exercise you will have so much more energy and feel fantastic whilst losing weight along the way in a gradual and sustainable way.

Following this programme will help you to lose any unwanted fat but maintain necessary muscle and is designed according to your own body's individual needs, whether that be:

- Establishing a healthy diet at the end of your teens or during your twenties and thirties.

- Rebalancing your hormones in the lead up to or during menopause,

- Creating the optimal nutrition for under active thyroid or over active thyroid to balance your hormones.

- Finding the best nutritional and exercise programme for people with auto immune conditions

- Creating an easy to follow plan for diabetics and people with high blood pressure and high cholesterol levels

Together we can create a bespoke programme especially for you.

On this programme you will have two meals prepared from the nutritional programme meals and supplements we provide for you and then you can prepare a healthy balanced meal in the evening from the hundreds of recipes we have provided for you in your folder.

We will give you all the help and support you need to establish easy to maintain healthy eating habits and start an exercise plan which you will sustain until they become natural, unconscious habits you will want to continue indefinitely so you can develop a long term, healthier, happier lifestyle.

With lots of tasty, easy to follow, step by step healthy recipes which are quick to cook as well as lots of healthy eating tips and tricks to help you follow a balanced diet without it being a struggle for you.

We will provide you with a folder for you to store all the materials you will be given in every session. You will have over a hundred easy to follow, step by step, healthy recipes chosen especially for you to suit your own personal likes and dietary requirements.

We will make you detailed meal plans tailor made just for you and your family and show you how to make your own balanced meal plans and give you detailed shopping lists so you can plan your food for the whole month ahead without any hassle.

Each week we will have food tasting and sampling for you to try new dishes and you will have the chance to watch and take part in the cooking demonstrations to show you how to make the healthier versions of some of your favourite dishes.

We will help you identify your triggers and teach you strategies to overcome those moments of weakness when you are stressed out, tired or sad which lead to over eating or making the wrong food choices!

We will support you every step of the way on your journey to a healthier, happier, more active you!

We will provide you with an easy to follow exercise plan and step by step guides and videos to use to motivate you to workout regularly and the option to attend exercise classes designed especially for you to help you get back on track with your daily exercise routine.

Please note this course is being run for 6 weeks on Monday mornings from Monday 5th February 2018 10am - 12pm and there is also a course on Wednesday evenings from Wednesday 7th February 2018 from 7pm - 9pm. For the first session please try to arrive by 9.45am for the Monday morning course and by 6.45pm for the Wednesday evening course so you have time to register and get settled in before we start.

Included in the price of the course you will receive:

- A detailed one hour individual nutrition consultation in person or by Skype/Zoom before starting the course with our specialist nutritionist with an MSc in Nutrition and DIetetics to give you specific nutritional advice and tips especially for you.

- Weekly one to one sessions with our specialist nutritionist and highly experienced life coach in person, by phone or Skype/Zoom

- Personalised exercise plan designed especially for you with easy to follow exercises and bespoke exercise videos to follow

- 2 out of 3 of your daily meals per day for the duration of the programme

- Personalised folder with over a hundred recipes chosen especially for you

- Bespoke videos demonstrating recipes for you

- Personalised Meal Plans
