Join us for a transformative journey inward, where all parts of you are welcome.Through a carefully constructed tapestry of somatic practices, Breathwork, journaling and sharing, we will gently drop into a space beneath the mind chatter.

What to expect

3 hour Healing Circle– held in my rainbow home studio, where colour, light, and warmth create a sanctuary for restoration and connection. Expect free-flowing herbal teas, twinkly fairy lights and houseplants aplenty.

Mind, Body & Soul Exploration– where together we’ll journey into a chosen theme. Through journaling, embodied somatic practice and optional sharing, we ground our experience, giving voice and form to the wisdom that emerges, bringing harmony and deeper awareness to the layers of self.

Heartfelt Sharing– a sacred space where sharing is an invitation and each voice is honoured, heard and held. This is a space free from judgment, advice, or interruption.

Transformational Breathwork Meditation (25-30 mins)– a guided practice designed to invite profound clarity and inner peace, awaken energy, release stagnation and start to loosen limiting beliefs.

Heart-Expanding Integration (10–15 mins)– a deeply meditative experience to anchor insights, harmonise the nervous system, and deepen connection to self.

Oracle cards- an invitation to seal our circle with a card. Whispers of wisdom come in symbols and synchronicities, bypassing the mind to awaken the language of your heart.

What is Breathwork?

Transformational Breathwork is an active meditation technique that uses the breath to clear the body and nervous system of emotional debris. It is a somatic healing practise with the capacity to move and transform stuck emotional energy.

  • Helps to bypass our thinking brain and quiets the incessant mind chatter
  • Allows us to drop into the body and the heart
  • Makes space for intuitive messages, ephiphanies and revelations
  • Connects us to our life force energy in a deeply embodied way
  • Releases old patterns, old beliefs and old stories
  • Shifts the inertia associated with depression
  • Creates peace and calm to relieve anxiety
  • Fosters a sense of groundedness and safety within the body

When we clear our stuck emotions – all the thwarted experiences of sadness, fear and anger – our brains become more coherent and our nervous systems soothed. We start to feel calmer and clearer, and more able to live with courage, compassion and confidence.

SOMATIC PRACTICE

Somatic practice is a body based healing technology that can dissolve and resolve the barriers we've inherited and accumulated in our system. These barriers - stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, conditioned beliefs - are often blockages to experiencing life at its fullest.When we tune into the wisdom of the body, we access levels of awareness and inspiration that enable actions and decisions that may historically have felt too confusing or too difficult.We make space for more clarity, compassion, ease and flow, which opens a portal within for an experience of the deepest, truest sense of self-trust.Somatic practice transcends talking therapy and goes way beyond our past stories. Instead of just retelling our stories for momentary relief we are tapping into the innate wisdom within. This empowers us to change our relationship with ourselves, which ripples into our lives and create fundamental change externally too. All without needing to revisit how we got here.Some of the benefits include:

Olivia is a trauma informed, IFS trained Breathwork Facilitator, Space Holder, Intuitive Guide, Writer and passionate Self-Healer. She believes deeply that we are our own healers, and in the true alchemy of our own breath.

Olivia's journey through, and recovery from, substance addiction, self-harm, depression and developmental trauma has gifted her a unique insight into our wondrous ability as humans to heal ourselves, and an unshakeably solid foundation to hold space for your unfolding with boundless compassion and empathy.

Breathwork is the yellow brick road to the home within yourself. On the other side of the breath is a place of self-discovery, of clarity, of pure love. It is her deepest joy and privilege to share this with you.

Frequently asked questions

I’ve never done breathwork before. Is this suitable for beginners?

Absolutely. ? This course is designed to meet you wherever you are on your healing journey. I’ll guide you through the breathing technique step by step, and you’ll always be supported throughout the process. No previous experience is required.

What if I feel overwhelmed during the session?

Everything in this space is done gently and at your pace. You are always in choice about your breath and your experience. If at any point it feels too intense, we can slow down, switch to nose-breathing, or pause completely. I’ll be there to support and guide you every step of the way.

What do I need to bring?

A journal and pen. Wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows you to breathe freely.

How big is the group?

This is a small, intimate group - max 6 people - to ensure a safe and supportive environment. Spaces are limited to create a sense of connection and allow for deeper personal exploration.

I’m nervous about being vulnerable in a group — is that normal?

Yes, completely. Many people feel nervous before their first session. This is a gentle, confidential, and non-judgmental space where you’re free to share as much or as little as you want. You are always in choice - there’s no pressure to “perform” or process in any particular way.
