Description

This 6 week Mindfulness course offered by Wayne Caruana, Mindfulness Coach, provides you with what you need to experience the benefits of mindfulness. It's great for beginners and also for anyone wanting to brush up on their own mindfulness practices and learn new ones.

Mindfulness is a practical and simple way to increase relaxation and self-awareness. Many people also find that mindfulness can assist them to experience less stress, anxiety and depression and feel better about themselves. While also increasing self-awareness, emotional intelligence and makes us less reactive.

You will investigate and learn about Awareness of the Breath, Body Awareness, Focused Attention and Self-Awareness, and How to Integrate Mindfulness Into Your Daily Life.
New practices are introduced and discussed each week.

Course Structure:

Every Tuesday 6.00-7.30pm
Dates: 12/09, 19/09, 26/09, 10/10, 17/10, 24/10
A complimentary evening meditation group session will be held on 03/10 in an external location.
