About the Course
You will learn to deal with difficult situations, unhelpful thoughts, and uncomfortable feelings. The structured 6-week mindfulness training course focuses on Building Resilience.
Resilience is the capacity to bounce back from difficulties and adversity. By attending this course, you will learn the skills to reduce stress, anxiety, and worry.
You will learn the latest mindfulness and resilience techniques. With expert guidance, you will gain an understanding of why you think and feel the way you do.
Course overview
Learning the practices is the easy part. - Building a practice takes time and patience, and benefits from guidance and support.
Over the six weeks of the course, you will learn the techniques and begin to build your practice. The key to building mindfulness is how you can integrate what you have learned into your life. Because of this, we offer an ongoing program of support and training online and in-person. It is this program that will give you the support you need on your mindfulness journey.

Course content
Our mindfulness courses combine the most effective mindfulness techniques. The mindfulness courses are packed with real-life examples. There is personal guidance and support combined with the latest tools and techniques. Our mindfulness courses will equip you with the skills you need to learn resilience.
You will leave the course with the skills to:

- Reduce the impact of difficult experiences
This training will be held on Zoom, a free-to-use app.

Requirements for your device

- A webcam and microphone (you will probably be able to use the built-in camera and mic on your devices)
- A stable internet connection
- A private space where you can be undisturbed

Structured training
Our mindfulness courses will give you the best results. We run our schedules to fit in with the busy lives of our students. Our mindfulness courses include daily mindfulness exercises. There are day-to-day practices and techniques. Our training combines the latest techniques in Mindfulness, meditation and personal development.
Multichannel Learning
We use cutting-edge Multichannel Learning. We include; presentations, video clips, easy-to-understand diagrams, guided meditations, and handouts. Our content has many references and resources.
