Event description

Description

Whether you have never done any structured exercise before, haven't done anything for a long time or are a regular exerciser Pilates can work for you. You don't need to have any base level of fitness, all you need to be able to do is get up and down off the floor (and there are chairs available if that is a challenge at the moment).

So what does it help?

It helps: reduce stress, improve flexibility, build core strength, introduce you to muscles you weren't even aware you had, improves posture, it can help with back pain and problems like sciatica, and I have also worked with people during rehabilitation from hip and knee replacements.

Through the 6 week beginners course I will introduce you to the fundamental movements and philosiphy around Pilates.

What's included:

6 weekly classes (10am) including mat and any equipment plus 1 bonus week at the end (it will be nearly Christmas after all)

Movement Manual with suggested at home workouts

Access to instruction videos for at home paractice

Fun sessions

What are people saying about my classes?

'I have gone to Jen's classes and it is the only exercise class that I like. She is an amazing teacher and really supportive for folks like me who think their muscles went awol a while ago' Kim Macleod

'This isn't Pilates... this is fun' Robbie Maslen

'I hate to say this but my body really needs your classes' Kirsty Maslen

'I really notice when I don't make it along to class. Pilates is now part of my life' Christiane Voss-Riehle
