About this event

Health • Mental health

Feeling stretched thin by work, caring, or home life? This small online group (max 10) will give you practical, body-based tools to calm stress, improve sleep, and set healthier boundaries — skills you can use straight away.

6-Week Stress Reset Group (Online, Evenings)

Stress doesn’t just live in the mind — it lives in the body and nervous system. When we lose connection to the body, stress becomes tension, poor sleep, exhaustion, and disconnection from ourselves and others.

This 6-week group offers a somatic, sensorimotor and polyvagal-informed approach to stress. Together we’ll explore how to notice, listen, and respond to your body with curiosity, compassion, and choice. You’ll experience practical tools supported by psychoeducation, modelling, and witnessing — so that what you learn isn’t just understood, but embodied.

What you’ll gain

  • Understand how stress patterns live in your nervous system.
  • Build agency and choice in how you respond to challenges.
  • Restore steadiness and improve sleep, energy, and focus.
  • Strengthen boundaries that protect your health and relationships.
  • Develop daily anchors that sustain connection and resilience.
  • Experience the shift of moving out of survival states into presence and ventral energy.
