Join us for 6 Weeks of Neuromuscular Recovery Workshops: a gentle, science-informed programme designed to help you understand your body, release tension, and restore balance.
Over the course of six Fridays, we’ll explore simple practices drawn from breathwork, somatic movement, and guided relaxation to support the nervous system and promote recovery. You don’t need any previous experience, these sessions are open to everyone.
What you can expect:
- Gentle, accessible techniques to calm and regulate the nervous system
- Tools to support muscular and neuromuscular recovery
- Improved body awareness and balance
- A chance to pause, reset, and restore at the end of the week
This is a small group course (max 15 people) to make sure everyone gets a supportive environment.

About Your Teacher
I’m Millie, a researcher in neuromuscular biology (my PhD is in skeletal muscle biology, specialising in neuromuscular regeneration and repair) and a Yoga Alliance qualified Yin & Nidra teacher. I’m passionate about making these practices accessible and affordable, so more people can benefit from understanding their body systems and learning tools to support recovery and resilience.
