Do you want to be happier than you are now?

  • Do you feel that happiness is for other people?

  • Are you running on empty, tired of having your own happiness and wellbeing last on your To Do list?

  • Are you curious about what it might mean to give yourself the space (in a safe supportive environment) the chance just to think, rediscover what makes you happy, and make plans and keep them so you can live the life you want?

Over the six weeks, we will look at what happiness is – and isn’t, and tap into what that means to you.

You will learn how to cultivate happiness by using the key happiness habits, find out why your thinking really matters and learn techniques to handle your inner critic

And we will discover how you can develop resilience, what good self-care is and how you can set better boundaries.

Finally, we will look at why it's vital to be self-compassionate, let go your story and move forward.


Things to know

How long is the course: 6 weeks

What happens on it: It’s a mixture of group work and individual work. Journaling is a key tool and each week there is a themed short meditation.

How often do we meet? Weekly on Thursdays (10:00 to 12:00)
Who is the course for? Anyone who wants to be happier
How many people on each course? Up to a maximum of 12

Dress code: Casual - you want to be comfortable
