We are excited to invite you and your teams to the NHS 75 special cricket and family fun day this Sunday (6 August).

We want YOU to be a part of this event at Himley Cricket Club, DY3 4LB.

As valued staff, we would love for you to join us for a day filled with laughter, games, and excitement. The family fun day will run from 12noonto 4pm, with the cricket matches starting at 10am and continuing until 6pm.

Here's a glimpse of what we have in store for you:

• Live cricket: Dudley vs Walsall vs Wolverhampton & Sandwell

• Inflatable penalty shootout

• Outdoor games like giant Connect 4 and Snakes & Ladders.

• Indian drumming and Indian dance workshops.

• Arts and crafts workshops by Wild Earth Movement.

• Face painter and henna artist

• A chance to commentate the live cricket

• Plenty of space to walk or have a picnic

• A range of paid food options including ice cream van, food truck, Caribbean food, burger van and waffle van.

Our South Asian Heritage Month stand will serve free pakoras, samosas, and traditional South Asian sweets for staff. To thank you for participating, cricket players and volunteers will receive free traditional cricket tea lunches.

Not only that, you can buy refreshing drinks throughout the day. Plus, the venue is pet-friendly, so feel free to bring your loved ones, four-legged friends included!
