Which online system will be used?

You will be issued with a zoom link 3 days prior to the course starting. We advise all attendees to check they can use zoom through their PC. If for any reason you have difficulties on the day you can access through your phone.

What if I am unable to attend all three sessions?

We ask that before you book on the course you ensure you can attend all 3 sessions. We will provide you with a contact phone number on the day of the course to call should you have any issues.

What will I need for the sessions?

3 days prior to each session you will receive a session workbook, please download this and have to hand as you will require this. Always good to have a pen and paper to take notes should you wish.

Will there be a break within the session?

Yes you will certainly have a comfort break half way through, with time to top up your drink!

Will it be the same trainer for each session?

Accepted Answer

We always endeavour to have the same trainer for each session, on some occasions there may be two trainers co delivering the sessions.

Will I gain a certificate following completion?

Yes you will. On completing the 3 session we will ask you to complete a short survey and following this you will receive your certificate via email.
