Level 2 Academy of Cheese Course - Errington Dairy, Lanark, Scotland
I am pleased to be offering this Level Two course at Errington’s Dairy in Lanark Scotland. My course is fun and informative and touches on sustainability and ethical process, something that I am passionate about. We are what we eat what they ate after all! As I will be collaborating with one of the World’s finest cheesemakers this will not only be a great place for you to take up your face to face level 2 learning but also be able to tour this excellent farm and dairy in a beautiful setting. Also included in the level 2 learning programme, will be the most fabulous practical session to make cheese with Errington’s brilliant cheesemaker, Angela Cairns.
It is a course for cheese lovers, cheese industry professionals and ideally for those that have completed the Academy of Cheese Level One Associate Certification. If you are looking to deepen your understanding of cheese, then this is the perfect course for you.
This is a face-to-face level 2 course which includes digital study modules and coursework. This course will be of significant benefit to anyone in the industry, be that a cheesemaker or cheesemonger or anyone who wants to continue their professional development in the knowledge of cheese.
Included in the course will be a practical cheesemaking session, really opening your eyes and all of your senses to how cheese is properly made.
The course is set over 2 days. Lunch will be included on both days. Hot beverages are available throughout the course. Local accommodation can also be arranged.
