Few words about Santorini
Words are not enough to describe the mysterious energy of this island. The island of Santorini is located in the southern part of Aegean Sea, it is considered one of the top 10 worldwide destinations and one of Greece’s great attraction because of its volcanic beauty, myth, history, mystical power and vast sacredness. One of the island’s names as Homer mentions in his work is Kallístē, which means ‘the most beautiful one ‘. The majestic energy of Santorini is related with the Atlantis myth and as soon as you arrive in the island you will feel a special aura welcoming your entire system. That’s one of the reasons we chose Santorini for our retreats so that everyone can have this significant experiential perspective.

Ηatha yoga will be conducted by Katerina Patmazoglou and Vinyasa by Yanna Papa.
You can choose your daily practice between a soft Hatha Yoga class or a dynamic cardio practice of Vinyasa flow Yoga, as well as an optional additional massage or energy therapy session on your own choice. 2 Classes offered daily. The morning practice aims to awaken and prepare our body-mind for the gifts of the day. The evening practice will guide us to restore, capture and absorb our experiences to the fullest through a context of loving kindness and sharing with one another.
During this magical retreat, small workshops might take place in which will introduce the meaning of awareness practices, energy therapy and self-transformation.

I have visited Santorini many times. The beauty and energy of this island takes my breath away each and every single time.
There are no exact words to describe my feeling each time I arrive at night with the boat in the island, lift my eyes to the sky and with surprise I realize that what I see are not stars, but the lights from the houses! Most of the times instead of taking the plane, I prefer to travel by boat at night only for that reason!
There is though something deeper… Santorini has a unique calming effect on me. Once I’m there, I truly feel the air’s vital energy passing through each pore of my body, leaving my system rejuvaneted and happy! I know that there are amazing places to visit and that each place has a special little detail that will stick with you, but the landscape and energy of Santorini is profoundly distinctive and I can’t wait to share this emotion as well as my experience with all of you. Accommodation
The retreat will take place in hotel Αkrotiri. The hotel is built just next to the beach and offers a unique view of the endless deep blue sea. The sun and moon’s reflection on water is a perfect companion for the hours of relaxation and rest. The hotel is near to the famous Red beach, in ancient Thira and the Lighthouse with the magnificent sunset as well as in just 200 meters you can find Santorini’s most famous fish taverns

Meals
Each day will be provided a rich breakfast buffet and vegetarian dinner. Nutrition will be based in Mediterranean diet which increases the energy levels and promote better health. (Meat can be provided only upon request)

How to come
Access to the island is easy from Athens, Greece. There are daily flights from Eleftherios Venizelos airport (Athens) and frequently connection with the port of Piraeus.
