Win-Win Conflict Model

Introducing the Win-Win model, this is a very effective model to use when conflict arises and/or negotiation is needed. Win-win means agreements or solutions are mutually beneficial and satisfying. People often express their needs as a want and the true need of a customer/colleague can often go undiscovered.

With the win/win model, we will discuss the various techniques to find out what the other party wants and how to reach a conclusion that benefits all parties involved in the discussion. This model is one of the most effective ways to avoid conflicts and tensions.

When individuals do not agree with each other, they sit together, discuss issues on an open forum, negotiate with each other and come to an alternative, which satisfies all. In a layman’s language it is also termed as bargaining.
