If you are not achieving mentally healthy productive teams with a fully integrated leadership and wellbeing approach; you may be missing a core ingredient:

Compassion; The Essential Way of Being for Today’s Great Leaders

Did you know that

* 91% (of leaders) said compassion is very important for leadership

*80% would like to enhance their compassion but do not know how.”

Source: Power Can Corrupt Leaders. Compassion Can Save Them, Harvard Business Review

Today’s Great Leaders say Compassion at Work is the essential way of being to support optimal mental wellness and productivity.

Supporting mental health is not only employers’ duty of care, but also key to employee engagement.

In this webinar you will learn:

*The early signs of poor mental health to be aware of

*Other signs of suffering to look out for that impact well-being and productivity

*How Compassion at Work promotes wellbeing and productivity

*How to lead with Compassion and support wellbeing and productivity; both yours and others (even if you are sceptical now )

*You will also have the opportunity to get your questions answered

I will also share two Compassion focused success stories:

*How a compassionate leadership programme was key in taking LinkedIn from a workforce of only 338 to 11000 to being sold to Microsoft for $27 billion.

*My own success story with Compassion and Mental Health (following a life-time of severe mental health suffering)

My personal story of how compassion helped me (and continues to do so)

Most people know me over 20 years of successfully supporting hundreds of coaching clients to achieve their professional goals with compassion focused leadership and tailor-made coaching to address individuals’ personal needs; receiving masses of positive feedback and testimonials, and some know me as a “on TV” facilitator of compassion focused wellbeing sessions (seen by several millions).

What you may not know about me is that even though I was extraordinarily effective at helping others, a childhood history of complex PTSD meant that I suffered from severe mental health challenges myself. My own mental health challenges took me to very dark places.

Using Compassion, I too went from mental health struggling to thriving; and now I am helping leaders and their teams do the same.
