The course will run over 7 weeks from 3rd Sept to 15th October. The weekly sessions on Wednesdays are from 10am til 3pm.
The course is held in a beautiful woodland just outside Radford Semele and is aimed at people wanting to improve their mental and physical wellbeing through spending time in nature and personal reflection. It is particularly aimed at those struggling with mental health, feeling lonely / socially isolated or on an addiction recovery journey.
You will spend time sharing around a fire circle, learning about new ways to look at the world and your experiences, as well as connecting with nature around you. There are opportunities for short walks and woodland tending. We provide a hot lunch each session along with hot and cold refreshments.
The course location is near Radford Semele and we can provide a free taxi pick up and drop off from Leamington Station if you don't have your own transport.
The first week can be treated as a taster session, so if it does not suit you then there is no obligation to continue. To find out more please email Cat: cat@arccic.co.uk / 07739 020654.
