The roadshows are aimed at both decision makers and quality assurance staff in construction and plant to provide an update on the future direction of CPCS, NOCN and Cskills Awards as well as regulatory changes and new business opportunities. A complimentary lunch and light beverages will be provided to all attendees as part of the event.
The program has been designed to offer support and guidance as well as acting as CPD events for QA staff. The informative events will enable CPCS and NOCN to inform business owners, testers, heads of departments/faculties and skills practitioners/assessors about CPCS scheme updates construction qualifications, skills required and reformed apprenticeships, new assessment requirements, quality assurance/CPD updates, notification on standards and an awareness of an enhanced product offer, e.g. CPCS smart cards, short courses and EPA.
CPCS is now part of NOCN Group, one of the biggest Awarding (AO) and End Point Assessment Organisations (EPAO) in the UK, working together for a better future for the UK Construction skills sector. Now operating as one organisation, CPCS, NOCN and Cskills Awards can offer a complete learner package to support the growth and productivity of the UK construction industry.
These one-day events will take place across the UK from January to March, to inform centres about the recent changes and the benefits of being part of NOCN.
