Fitness Retreats main goals is to help our clients with the following:

  • Confidence building

  • Nutritional changes

  • Life changes

  • Weight loss & goal setting

  • Fitness & strength

The programme will be packed with fun and energising activities planned to help clients reach fitness goals and provide them with the knowledge and tools to continue a healthy and balanced lifestyle once clients leave us

On departure our clients will be given recipes, menu plans, and much more. This is the kick start to a permanent lifestyle change.

NOTE: Not suitible for under 18 years

  • 12 weeks of ongoing support once a week from PT & Lifecoach via the telephone, email or Skype.

The cost is based on a shared room (2-4 people) with a shared bathroom and toilet. We like to keep our customers happy which means if we are single rooms available due to low booking numbers we will always upgrade you free of charge.
