ABOUT THE CLASSES:
This series of classes will explore meditations from one of Buddhism's best loved poems, Eight Verses of Training the Mind by Bodhisattva Langri Tangpa and its commentary EIght Steps to Happiness by Geshe Kelsang Gyasto.
Each class will include two guided meditations, and a short talk on how to integrate the meaning of these verses into our busy daily life aswell as an opportunity to ask questions.
It is beneficial to attend the entire series if you can, but each class is self-contained and run on a drop-in basis.
