Welcome to our 8 Week Antenatal Class! Join us for an informative and fun online event starting on September 1, 2025 at 6:30 PM (Europe/London Time). Whether you're a first-time parent or adding to your family, this class will provide you with essential knowledge and support for a healthy pregnancy and birth. This course is 8 weeks long, one of those weeks is purely for the birth partner.

You will automatically receive a pdf of the workbook I have created to be used alongside the course. If you'd like to order a hard copy to be delivered to you then just pop me a message!

We will be covering topics such as the how to know you're in labour, the stages of labour, pain relief options, and baby care. As well as research and informed choice, creating 3 (yes 3!) birth preference plans, and also planning for the postnatal period and the changes that come with it!

What is different about your course?

This course is tailored to you. Each time I run the course is will be slightly different as you help create the roadmap in the very first session of what you want and need to learn the most about! It is in-depth, informative, but still relaxed and fun!

Why not just choose an NHS class?

The NHS classes will give you basic information over 1-3 large classes. I will give you tailored classes, with time for discussion and questions. I have created something truly unique that I know will stop you googling at 2am!

Do you have payment plans?

Yes! I can do payment plans to suit you as long as the full amount is paid by halfway through the course. I also have early bird offers for those that book in advance.

This isn’t my first baby, can I still attend?

Absolutely! I have had three children and there’s still stuff that I learn every day. I WISH this course was around for me when I needed it!

You will automatically receive a printed copy of the work book when attending in person, or a pdf copy when attending online (a hard copy can be ordered and posted to you if you’d like). This will be used alongside the course content and is for you to keep afterwards to look back on for as long as you need!
