8 week SEVEN REALM ARTS™ CERTIFICATE COURSE taught by Anne O Nomis

DATES:

Begins 22nd April 2022, with the first live Zoom Q&AS on Wednesday 27th April / Thursday 28th April 2022 depending on time zone. (There are two streams offered to try and cater to a wider variety of locations and time zones - see below information on the two options of streams for the Zoom Q&As).

The course runs for 8 weeks, with weekly classes and live Zoom Q&As sessions with Anne O Nomis herself, and finishes up on Thursday 16th June 2022.

TIME COMMITMENT:

Each week you watch the filmed class streamed at a time of your convenience (approx 1 hour 45 min), read through the additional course materials and homework exercises, and attend the live Zoom Q&As with Anne O Nomis (45 mins).

The total course commitment is approximately 3-4 hours a week x 8 weeks duration = 24-32 hours of time commitment in total.

ABOUT ANNE O NOMIS

Anne O Nomis is the author of the world-renowned book 'The History & Arts of the Dominatrix'. Her book has been positively reviewed by DDI Magazine, Massad Magazine, Leatherati, Slutist, Library Journal Review, and Dominatrices themselves. It is used as the training curriculum at many dungeons and Mistress training courses worldwide.

Anne is a full-time BDSM sexuality educator, archaeologist and author based in Melbourne, Australia and who travels Internationally. She holds a Masters degree in Comparative Art and Archaeology from UCL (University College London) which is rated in the top 10 universities Internationally.

She is founder and teacher of Villa Domme, held annually in a villa in Tuscany and castle in Portugal; and she has additionally is a teacher and speaker at major BDSM events including Oz Kink Fest, and DomCon NOLA in 2020.

WHO IS THE COURSE FOR?

The course is an 8 week course covering the foundational knowledge of the Dominatrix's arts, and is suitable for beginners, as well as for lifestyle Mistresses who already have some knowledge, and for workers and aspiring Mistresses. Each year Anne also receives a few well-known professional Dominatrices also on her courses who have come to get her particular take on Domination. There is also the odd cis male submissive / slave or masochist who seeks special permission to enrol, even though they are not a Mistress, and usually if they are respectful and motivated out of a high level of curiosity to learn and appreciate what Mistresses do, are granted permission to attend and it has been of benefit having them of the course for their input also. The course welcomes people of all genders and sexualities, including transMistresses and Inanna's people. Anne just notes that as the Dominatrix craft has traditionally been largely catered to male clientele, subs, slaves, masochists, kinksters and fetishists, the language of the course has had a default flavouring to Female Dominance and male submission, so she just wants to make potential enrolees aware of this to ensure they understand this prior to enrolling, but Anne absolutely welcomes LGBTQ+ enrolees.

In the past, Anne's students have come from a wide range of diverse backgrounds, from doctors, burlesque artists, scientists, rock stars, office workers, psychologists, sex workers, performing artists, kindergarten teachers, and everything else and in-between.

Some take the course because they have a keen lifestyle interest in Domination and BDSM, and/ or due to having a partner who likes to be dominated, or from their own emerging interest in Domination and BDSM including after a divorce / relationship breakdown, exploring themselves, or beginning a new relationship.

And some take the course out of a professional interest to become a Mistress, or to add BDSM and kink services to the repertoire of offerings, such as kink escorting.

The course caters to lifestylers and professionals alike, and is a very solid base foundation course in Domination from one of the world's best known teachers in Domination and BDSM, Anne O Nomis.

ABOUT THE 8 WEEK COURSE

Anne O Nomis has been teaching the Dominatrix Seven Realm Arts™ certificate course since 2015, for now 8 years, with students attending locally in Melbourne Australia and as her reputation grew - with students flying in from all over Australia, and Internationally to attend her course.

In 2020, with Coronavirus lockdown impacting a scheduled course, she offered for the first time the option for her students to take her course online, with classes filmed and online Zoom session Q&As weekly. Almost the full enrolled class opted to do so, and she set to work hiring a professional videographer and film editor to film each individual class and have them edited for her students each week at a high quality. The video classes were supported by homework exercises, readings and course materials, in addition to the Weekly live Q&As, and were a great success.

Now in 2022, Anne offers the online course individually but the group class is only offered once or twice a year, due to the time and energy equired for the weekly Zooms on her schedule.

The course has also been timed for those wishing to attend the prestigious Villa Domme 2022 Dominadora one week course hosted in an actual castle in Portugal, as the Seven Realm Arts certificate course is a prerequisite to be able to attend Villa Domme. Welcome, Introductory & Framework

Anne has included a "bonus" video on her own journey and research on the History & Arts of the Dominatrix, which provides useful information and background to those undertaking her Seven Realm Arts certificate course.

Realm Art II - The Art of lowering the man or person into submission

Covering different psychologies of peole who enjoy to submit or BDSM activities - including submissives, slaves, masochists, fetishists, kinksters, etc. What makes them tick and from where they take their pleasure. Covering the process of fetish formation in pre-adolescence most typically by an experience which combines fear, arousal and taboo, and was found thrilling and chilling with awe involved, and wired a fetish for life. A discussion of most common fetishes - leather, latex, PVC, stiletto boots or heels, and feet, as well as more rare fetishes, and how to play with fetish and weave it into fantasy.
