Welcome to our free 8-Week Foundations in Mindfulness course at Greenwich Centre Library!
Join us for an immersive, in-person experience that's welcoming for beginners and welcoming to anyone in Greenwich looking to reduce stress, strengthen mental health, and build everyday resilience.
In this course, you'll:
- Practice mindfulness to unhook from difficult thoughts and habitual patterns.
- Learn tools to manage stress, perform better, build resilience, and relate to yourself with more acceptance and kindness.
- Engage in guided meditations (including breathing exercises and body scans), group discussions, and simple home practices each week.
- Receive guided meditation audios after each class to support your ongoing home practice.
Course details:
- When: Fridays, 17 October – 5 December 2025• First & last session: 4–6 pm• Other sessions: 4–5:30 pm
- Where: Greenwich Centre Library, 12 Lambarde Square, SE10 9HB
- Cost: Free — generously funded by the Greenwich Healthier Communities Fund
