Join this 8-week online Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course to reduce stress and anxiety with practical, evidence-based and holistic tools. You’ll learn how to respond to life’s challenges with greater clarity, calm and self-awareness. Bonus: 1 private 60-minute 1:1 coaching session after Week 8. Led by a qualified mindfulness teacher with an MSc in Clinical Psychology and experience supporting clients in both the UK and US.

The course will be on Wednesday evenings from 6:30-8:30pm starting 20th of August, every week for 8 weeks. Please be aware that all sessions are a necessary part of the course, so if you know you cannot attend any, allow others who can to take that place instead.

Hi, I’m Katherine - a BAMBA-registered mindfulness teacher with an MSc in Clinical Psychology and over 10 years of experience supporting mental health and wellbeing.
I’ve worked with clients across both the UK and US in therapeutic, educational, and community settings.
Whether you’re new to mindfulness or looking to deepen your skills, this course offers a supportive and structured approach to long-term wellbeing.
Each session includes guided mindfulness practices, group reflection, and weekly support to help you build a sustainable home practice.Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an approach that incorporates mindfulness to assist people struggling with life's difficulties, demands, stresses and physical or mental challenges.
Great for beginners and advanced meditators alike.
This MBSR course is designed to help you:

Developed by Dr Jon Kabat-Zinn in the late 1970s to help patients with chronic pain, using elements of Buddhist traditions, the purely secular program has been implemented in many fields, such as; healthy ageing, pain management, depression relapse prevention, addictive behaviours and general struggles with the challenges of life.

This course is offered for . All participants will receive materials and audios to practice at home to accompany each week of the course.The recommended home practice is around 30 minutes per day for 6 days of the week. We will offer guidance and support on the course to help you with this.
