Description

The 8 week programme we are offering follows the gold standard MBSR group-based programme developed, in the 1970’s, by Jon Kabat-Zinn and colleagues at the University of Massachusetts Medical Centre. Each session will include time to discuss and experience a range of guided mindfulness practices with the aim of increasing self awareness. The course involves daily home practice and this is supported by weekly handouts and guided meditation CDs.
