You will learn how to reduce your stress, improve your sleep and boost your self confidence through Mindfulness Meditation. I will share with you mindfulness techniques to help you to relax, focus, be more energised, happier and improve your relationships with self and others. In our busy stressful lives, mindfulness meditation provides the sanctuary to rejuvenate and enjoy a richer more fuller life.
Mindfulness meditation requires instruction and support as you begin your journey into your deeper, wiser self, this course provides both.
