Mindfulness is a simple, practical tool for a quieter mind, improved sleep and increased focus.

In this 8-week Mindfulness course you will learn tools and techniques to help live in a more calmer, happier and balanced way.
The course will include both fomal and informal mindfulness practices such as Mindfulness of Breathing, Sitting Practice, Body Scan, Three-Step Breathing Space, Mindful Movement, Mindful Easting and Mindful Walking.
The course consists of 8 weekly sessions for two hours plus a one day retreat.
Home practice is also an important element of the course. Students are encouraged to establish a daily home practice to achieve the maximum benefits of the program. All training materials and recordings are provided to support the home practice.
The course will be facilitated by Varsha, who is a Mindfulness Teacher, Yoga Instructor and Corporate Trainer. Varsha works with several mental health charities locally and also teaches mindfulness workshops within the workplace.
