About this event

This booster 8-week course is very suitable as the next step after completing your initial eight-week course.

This course is for all those who are at an early stage in developing mindfulness, but it is also appropriate for those who want to support their ongoing development in mindfulness and take their practice, understanding and experience deeper.

This new booster course will help you to:

  • Deepen and consolidate yout mindfulness practice.
  • Broaden the learning from your previous 8-week curriculum
  • Support you in applying all that is learned ito your everyday life.
  • Provide you Mindfullybeing community practice platform.
  • Develop your capacity and confidence to deepen and extend learning.

In this course we will cover the following themes: waking up from automatic pilot, keeping your body in mind, gathering the scattered mind, recognising reactivity, Allowing and letting be, Responding skilfully to our thoughts, how best to take care of yourself, practicing mindfulness for life.
