About the Event

Setting goals undoubtedly helps you focus your efforts as an in-house creative leader. They ensure you and your team are aligned with the wider organisation and provide clarity on what's important and what needs to be achieved.

This event will focus on the importance of goal setting, and, in particular, the role a creative leader has to play in understanding the goals of the business to effectively set goals for the team, which can lead to transformational results.

About our speaker

Michael Storey has successfully delivered creative solutions across a variety of roles and sectors, both in-house and agency-side. He spent 11 years as Head of Creative and Branding for Ocado, the world’s largest pure-play online grocery retailer, where he built a 45-person, multi-site creative studio capable of extraordinary things. Now he uses his knowledge to help other creative teams grow, evolve, and scale with EKCS.
