Mindful Mondays - Join us to learn a new mantra, meditation, movement & mindful making practice to take with you into the week ahead!

About this Event

Mindful Mondays are a perfect way to start your week! They are relaxing, rejuvenating and revitalising – all at the same time and have been designed to help eliminate the negative effects of daily stress and to give you some essential time for self care .

Start the new year as you mean to go on -Join us at 8pm on Mondays to set your intention for the week and start hitting your goals!

Each week we cover a different theme and the sessions include yoga moves (Asana); cardiovascular conditioning; mantra singing, meditation; breathing techniques (Pranayama), deep relaxation (Yoga Nidra) & mindfulness based making and eating activities! We will also do some mindful manifestation aka Goal Setting for the week ahead!

PLEASE do not think you need to be a bendy flexible pretzel to get involved – YOGA is for EVERYONE and it does not matter in the slightest if you are flexible, toned or strong! Come along and try your first session for free – if its not for you – c’est la vie!
