What's the booking and cancellation policy?
We are happy to give a refund if you can no longer attend the congress and your refund will be calculated using the following criteria:
100% refund until 31st July 2018
50% refund 1st-23rd Sept 2018
0% refund 24th Sept-11th Oct 2018

The ISCP reserve the right to cancel or postpone events. Registered delegates will receive a full refund on their delegate fee should this situation arise. The ISCP will not be liable for any consequential losses, travel or accommodation expenses incurred as a result of cancellation or postponement. The ISCP will aim to inform registered delegates of pending postponement or cancellation two weeks in advance of the planned event/conference date.
