What is a day planning event?

A 90-day planning event is a focused, structured approach to setting and achieving business goals over a 3-month period. It involves setting clear, actionable objectives and milestones that can be accomplished within 90 days, helping teams and business leaders maintain momentum, stay accountable, and drive measurable results.

Why is it so important to have a 90 day plan?

Review and Reflect: Teams or individuals evaluate their past performance, reviewing what worked, what didn’t, and key learnings from the previous quarter.

Set Clear Goals: The core of the 90-day plan is setting specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound goals that will guide the next 90 days. This could include business growth targets, new projects, product launches, or team development.

Actionable Steps: Break down larger goals into smaller, actionable tasks. The focus is on short-term, achievable wins that keep the momentum going.

Align Team Members: Ensure everyone is aligned with the overall goals and understands their role in achieving them. Collaboration and communication are key.

Tracking and Accountability: Regular check-ins and progress tracking are built into the 90-day plan. This ensures that everyone stays on track, makes necessary adjustments, and stays accountable to the goals.

4.30 pm – Finish so you can head to the bar for a drink or head on home

There’s always a bar nearby, and we pretty much always head over there after the 90-day planning event. So you’re more than welcome to join us at the bar for a drink.

How long does the 90-day planning event last?

The 90-day planning event starts promptly at 9 am. We kick off with networking and a warm welcome from our coaches before jumping straight in to start the day.

It finishes at 4.30 pm officially, although lots of the business owners head over to the bar for a drink and celebration afterward. Although the chat at the bar isn’t officially a part of the programme, that’s just what happens at a 90-day planning event and it’s a place where lots of connections and relationships are built.

Is there anything I need to bring with me?

Yes, you’ll need Pens (coloured preferably) , Notepad , Laptop or tablet fully charged

Can I leave early?

You can, although we wouldn’t recommend it. One of the most beautiful parts of our 90-day planning event is that the business is required to work without you for the day.

We know it can feel like the most urgent and demanding thing in the world when you are away from the business, but having time to work ON the business is truly the most important thing that you can do to grow a business and that is exactly what happens at a 90-day planning event.

Can I bring someone with me?

Yes absolutely. We always encourage the business owners we work with to make sure that all directors and shareholders are there to set the direction of the company. It’s also worth bringing any department heads or members of the senior leadership team along so that they can plan how to move their department forward.

How many people will be there?

On average we have between 50 and 100 business owners at each of our 90-day planning events. That consists of existing members and guests.
