What's our refund policy?

Tickets are non- refundable, unless the event is cancelled.

Will the wines from the tasting be available to buy on the day?

You will be able to purchase all wines from the tasting at retail price from Festa's Bottle Shop with a special discount code provided to you with your ticket. A limited number of bottles will be available to purchase at Bar Douro on the day only.

What happens if an event is cancelled

Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the wine maker or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations.

Can you cater for dietary requirements?

Regrettably we are unable to cater for dietary requirements for wine tastings. For wine dinner please contact londonbridge@bardouro.co.uk and we will do our best to find an alternative from Bar Douro's a la carte menu.

What if i'm running late?

Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
