About this event

Hobbies • Other

Join us on a tour of our factory to learn about where our raw materials come from and how they are processed. Our tour will take you right through the manufacturing process, to the end result.

We're offering four timeslot options: 09:30, 11:00, 13:00 or 14:30. Each tour group has a maximum of 15 places. Please join the waitlist if your chosen time is fully booked. If you later find you cannot attend, please let us know so we can release your place to someone else. Please note we can only offer one tour place per person so please do not book multiple slots under the same name - this allows everyone a fair chance of getting a place.

Please visit our website for our What3Words address or SatNav postcode for our front entrance (please note the height restriction).

FOR YOUR SAFETY: We are a working factory - always be aware of moving vehicles and machinery. Please wear suitable footwear: There are a number of steps to negotiate and some areas may be wet/slippery.

Frequently asked questions

I have limited mobility - can I join your tour?

Our factory is a very old and rambling building (it was a Victorian teapot factory in a former life). As our tour involves numerous steps and uneven ground, unfortunately it may be unsuitable for those with limited mobility.

Is your tour suitable for children?

We are a working factory, and due to numerous hazards present we are unable to accommodate children under 12. Children over 12 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. All visitors agree to enter our factory at their own risk.
