This is held in the garden behind the Church - access is up the steps from the car park

How much is the event and how do I pay?

It’s free to book and then it’s £5 on the night. You can pay by cash or card.

Question 3

Do I need to bring a chair?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Please bring your own comfy camping chair. We may have a few spare ones, but if you have one please bring it.

Question 4

Can I bring my own mug, tankard, kuksa etc?

Yes! You are welcome to bring your own favourite drinking device

Question 5

What food will we be having?

Accepted Answer

It will be very tasty, basic food cooked over the fire, mostly meat, and the occasional vegetable. If you have any specific dietary or allergy needs please let Jim know well before the event. If you would like to bring your own food you are welcome to - if we can cook it over the fire we will!

Question 6

What drink will we be having?

Accepted Answer

Some alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will be provided. However, if you would like to bring your own drink and extra to share with others around the fire, then you are welcome to do so. You might also want to bring your own mug or tankard!

Question 7

What happens if it rains?

Accepted Answer

If it is light drizzle or a gentle shower, we will still gather around the fire and enjoy our evening together. If it’s pouring with rain and we need to cancel the event then we will do so. We will do our best to let everyone know if we have cancelled.
