9.45 AM Communion Service at Dunvant Primary School

About this Event
Be assured we have followed the Welsh Government and UK government requirements with a full risk assessment (available on request) and this includes the set up an the take down of this service.
We apologize in advance for the details of these instructions but we are required to follow the right protocols . Please take the time to read them before you arrive on the Sunday.
Before you come
1. Book onto Event Brite with these details (only those who have booked on will be admitted into the service). Please make sure each person is booked in indiviually, e.g. if you are a family of four coming please select 4 tickets and then make sure each persons name is filled in for the booking.
2. Bring with you some bread & some juice / wine for you and your family
3. Remember to bring a mask
4. If you are bringing a child, please bring some materials for them to enjoy as they can’t move around the hall and there will be no creche facilities
5. Although the hall will be heated it is worth coming warmly dressed as according to instructions some doors and windows will be open
6. Check you are not showing any COVID19 symptoms before attending
7. There will be an opportunity to give an offering using a box so if that is the way that helps you, come prepared
8. Bring your own bible as we can’t use the church ones
On arriving (Please arrive service between 9:40am and 10:00am)
1. Park in the school yard or driveway
2. Make your way to the main entrance of the lower school hall
3. Remember to put on your mask as soon as you get out of your car
4. Please remember social distancing (2m)
5. Please use Dispensers for hand sanitiser in the foyer
6. There are Track and Trace QR codes in the foyer for you to use if your phone allows it or we will record it on paper records (complying with GDPR)
7. Follow the instructions of the stewards in the yellow bibs
8. Please only use the chair designated to you or your family, do not take out any additional chairs that will be stacked at the sides
9. Unfortunately there will be no refreshments on offer, feel free to bring your own bottles of drink with you.
During the service
1. Keep your mask on at all times
2. There will be some songs sung to us remember no singing (sorry)
3. If you require the toilets during the service please use the one way system as much as possible
End of the service
4. We will have to leave fairly promptly and be dismissed in turn at the close of meeting via the fire exit at the back
5. Use the bins for used masks and bread etc
6. We are encouraged not to congregate outside the entrance
