Aimed at employers who are having to transition swiftly to the 'new normal', this workshop will give you opportunity for participation as well as to gain insight from our speakers.

We will hear from Niki Harbach, Senior HR Business Partner with Oxford University Press, and Maureen Robson-Norman, CEO of Whyaye!.

Niki and Maureen will describe their experience and plans based on their own organisations. Kevin Delany from Norwich Business School will chair the workshop which will be supported by experts from Norwich Business School’s workplace wellbeing research group. The workshop will give participants the forum to discuss the opportunities, problems, and solutions of transitioning to any ‘new normal’.

Niki Harbach, Senior HR Business Partner, Oxford University Press Niki provides strategic HR support to the Academic Division at OUP. Her previous human capital management experience spans both consulting and line HR roles. As a founding member of the HR Consulting practice in PricewaterhouseCoopers, Niki worked with a broad range of private and public sector clients. Her HR line experience includes senior roles with: Agility Works; Oxford Policy Management; and Harrods.

Maureen Robson-Norman, CEO of Whyaye Maureen leads Whyaye to put the 'yay' in every day and is based in Newcastle. With a focus on business outcomes, Whyaye! stimulates open-mindedness and challenges the norm to transform ways of working. With a passion for driving positive business change across large global enterprise, Maureen's previous experience is in the delivery of global digital and HR transformations across a range of industries.
