This is an extraordinary opportunity to nourish your mind, body, and soul in the heart of the Cheshire countryside. Join us for a unique blend of deep holistic healing practices and connection with a community of inspiring women. This is more than an event; it is a space to find connection, inner peace, and new pathways for growth.
What to Expect on the Day
Your morning will begin at 10:00 AM with a warm welcome as you step into the serene setting of Wellspring & Yew. We will have hot drinks ready for you, with London Nootropics adaptogenic coffee and a selection of teas. .
The highlight of the day is our breathwork session.
There will be two sessions available:
one at 10:30 AM and a second at 12:00 PM,
with a maximum of ten people per session to ensure a deeply personal experience.
While these are taking place, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the four dedicated therapy rooms, where experienced practitioners will be offering taster sessions on a first come, first served basis. This is your chance to explore new healing modalities and find the practices that resonate most with you.
Meet the Practitioners
Sian Williams — Sian Williams Therapy - 9D Breathwork Guide
Sian is an experienced counsellor, breathwork coach, and psychospiritual practitioner, with well over a decade of guiding people through deep personal transformation. At this WILD & WILD event, she will be offering The Origin — a powerful 9D Breathwork journey designed to help you return to your essence, release tension, and cultivate self-compassion, resilience, and inner harmony.
Her sessions are known for being both grounding and transformative, creating a safe space to reconnect with your true self and open pathways to change.
Anne Plaskett – Very Helpful Meditation
Anne is a specialist in teaching meditation as a lifelong tool for support and balance. At our event, she will lead engaging 20 minute taster sessions that focus on grounding, posture awareness, and deeply relaxing meditation, giving you a powerful tool you can use every day.
Joanna Nelson – Home Bird Holistic
Joanna is the founder of Home Bird Holistic and works as a “home alchemist,” helping overwhelmed people bring balance to their homes, hearts, and bodies. She combines energy healing with feng shui, essential oils, and personalised clearing techniques to restore harmony and alignment.
Joanna will be offering 15-minute tasters to help you release stagnant energy and reconnect with a sense of clarity and balance.
Jacky Atkinson – Reiki Practitioner
Jacky is an experienced Reiki practitioner based at The Yard. Reiki, meaning "life force energy," is a gentle yet powerful practice that supports deep rest, relaxation, and renewal. Jacky will be leading 30 minute taster sessions to help restore balance and wellbeing for those experiencing anxiety, stress, menopause, pain, and more.
Steve Carter – Deeper Self
Step into a powerful, intuitive experience with Steve, a gifted shamanic practitioner. He will be offering 30 minute taster sessions to provide deep insights, emotional clarity, and guidance for your soul’s path. Clients often call his soul readings "life-changing" and "more than a reading."
Included in your ticket: a full 9D Breathwork session, plus your choice of two tasters — Meditation, Pranayama & Feng Shui, Soul Readings, or Reiki — all held in our beautiful Cheshire venue just outside Nantwich
Tickets are extremely limited, with a maximum of 25 available. We strongly encourage you to book your place early to avoid disappointment.
