Description

We all need balance in our lives. This workshop aims to warm up the body, build strength, improve flexibility and challenge your balance. Balancing postures are found to be one of the most difficult, as they require focus, you need to be in the present moment. This is often quite hard when we have so much going on. Balancing postures improve our concentration, posture and focus. We’ll bring our body into balance connecting mind, body and spirit.

Increase your confidence and let go of our fear as we practice a range of different balancing postures, balancing on one leg, our arms, and some fun headstands and handstands while observing what feels right for your own body.

Throughout the workshop you will be guided and given adjustments and tips for each pose. Improve your knowledge of yoga, your fitness and develop your practice.

Find balance in your daily life as well as your yoga mat.
